Steps to follow:
Modify customer records
To modify a customer record, you need to open this software and go to “Card Information” window for that customer to make the changes and then click “Ok”. But how to do
that for a particular customer, here are some ways to do so.
Use the Sales Easy Setup Assistant
First, go to menu bar and there you have to select “Setup” and then “Easy Setup Assistant”.
Once “Easy Setup Assistant” opens then click “Sales Easy Setup Assistant” and next click on customers card to view customers list.
Now you have to double click on the names of a particular customer and its card information window will open where you get a chance to modify an account.
Now you have to select a particular customer and then click on “Edit” and a window will open and you can change the information you wish.
Use Card File Command Centre
Now go to card list in its flowchart section of Card File Command Centre and then go to card list window when it appears and there you have to click on “Customers” tab.
Next, you need to double click on a customer’s name to open card information window and here you get a chance to edit the information of a customer. Alternatively, select
name of a customer by clicking on it and then you can click on “Edit” button and a same window will open.

How to delete a customer record?
In order to delete a particular customer record, you have to open card information window for that customer.
Select a particular customer and then go to “Edit” and there you have to click “Delete Card” from its menu bar.
Note: you will be able to delete a customer record if you have made the transactions and apply to that customer.
